Hello, My name is Kim Witamyer.

I am married to Mr. Wonderful who tells the worst jokes. Mom to two kids, Owen and Maddy. They are inquisitive and hilarious. I’m grateful for our little family.

It is fulfilling for me to help clients find and purchase their home whether it’s their first or their forever home. I have spent one and a half years as an agent but several years as a property manager and property investor. My husband and I also completed several full renovations together. I also have obtained my doctor of pharmacy degree. I like to travel, cook, fish and paint. I’m borderline OCD but it translates well into my work. I’m meticulous and focused on the job at hand but always remembering what’s important to my clients.
