Danny's background in the property management division began in 2017 while he lived in Raleigh, NC. There he began working for a company assisting with managing 250+ properties throughout the Triangle area. In doing so, he gained years of experience managing single family homes, multi-family properties (e.g. townhome community, apartment complex), and student housing.

Since that time, Danny went on to simultaneously assist several other brokers within the company with their own mixed portfolios to streamline their property management service. Furthermore, he has assisted with several management-portfolio transitions that have given him the know-how to seamlessly take over management of properties in a timely, holistic, and attentive manner to meet the needs of the property owner, the tenants, the property's maintenance and accounting, alike.

Danny is excited to continue his work in property management here in Tennessee and welcomes the opportunity to service your investments as if they were his own.
